AWARDS
All Flowercorp employees are eligible to receive an award for performance excellence, where an Flowercorp employee is commended for their contribution to the company.
There will be one award given per month and it is up to individual staff members to ensure that there are nominations submitted for a particular month. If no nominations are submitted for a particular month, then no award will be given.
The process for nominations is as follows:
- Nominations are to be emailed to the General Manager. The nominator will remain anonymous, however, the nominees will be published each week.
- Examples of reasons for nominating a colleague may be:
o Nominating someone who has contributed an outstanding piece of work
o Nominating someone who has helped extensively with a project that they may not have been responsible for
o Nominating someone for helping out with the day-to-day operations of the business, not necessarily anything extraordinary, but an ongoing commitment to the team
- Nominations will close on the 1st Wednesday of every month and the winner will be announced at the Flowercorp Middle of the Month Meeting
- A $100 voucher will be awarded to the Staff Member of the Month. This voucher can be at one of the following stores: Macys, Saks Fifth Avenue, Walmart or Other*
- Nominations will then open the following Monday for the next month
